    Applies to: All purchases made via DHATRI.store, direct merchant sales, or authorized distributors.


    1️⃣ Overview

    At DHATRI Rice, we strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to damage, defect, or error, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.


    2️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

    You can request a return or replacement if:

    • The product is damaged, infested, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

    • The product received is incorrect (wrong quantity, type, or packaging).

    • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

    Note: Returns are not accepted for products that:

    • Have been opened or partially used after delivery.

    • Were damaged due to improper handling or storage by the buyer.

    • Were sold under bulk order or special discount terms unless defective.


    3️⃣ Return Process

    1. Raise a Request: Contact our customer care via phone, email, or the DHATRI.store “Support” section within 7 days of delivery.

    2. Provide Details: Share your order number, product photos, and the reason for return.

    3. Verification: Our team will review and approve the request if it meets policy terms.

    4. Pickup/Replacement: We will arrange a reverse pickup or issue a replacement as applicable.


    4️⃣ Refund Policy

    Once your return is approved and received:

    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

    • Amounts will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card).

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

    • Refunds are applicable only if replacement stock is unavailable.


    5️⃣ Replacement Policy

    If a replacement is requested:

    • A new product of the same type and value will be shipped once the returned product passes quality inspection.

    • If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund instead.


    6️⃣ Bulk & Merchant Orders

    • For B2B or wholesale customers, replacement and refund policies are governed by specific trade agreements.

    • Any quantity discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Returns for bulk orders will be handled after inspection and mutual agreement.


    7️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

    • Loose or unpackaged rice and grains

    • Opened food products

    • Items beyond expiry date

    • Promotional, clearance, or free products

🔄 DHATRI Rice – Exchange Policy

This Exchange Policy applies to all products purchased through DHATRI.store, authorized distributors, or direct merchant sales.

1️⃣ Overview

At DHATRI Rice, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request an exchange. We ensure a smooth and hassle-free replacement process to maintain trust and quality.

2️⃣ Eligibility for Exchange

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • You received the wrong product, quantity, or variant.

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is not allowed for:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Loose/Unpackaged rice purchased in bulk (unless defective)

  • Clearance, promotional, or offer-based items

3️⃣ Exchange Process
  1. Submit a Request:
    Contact our support team via phone, email, or DHATRI.store "Support" page.

  2. Provide Necessary Details:
    Share your Order ID, product photo/video, and the issue description.

  3. Approval & Pickup:
    After verification, we will confirm the exchange and arrange a reverse pickup (where applicable).

  4. Replacement Dispatch:
    A replacement product will be shipped once the returned item passes inspection.

4️⃣ When Exchange Is Not Possible

If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, you will be offered one of the following:

  • A refund for the full amount

  • An alternate product of equal value

  • A store credit valid for your next purchase

5️⃣ Bulk / Merchant Order Exchange

For B2B, wholesale, and merchant orders:

  • Quantity, quality, or packaging discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Exchanges will be processed only after assessing the issue and mutually agreeing on terms.

  • Bulk exchanges may require warehouse-level inspection before approval.

6️⃣ Exchange Timeframe
  • Approval: 24–48 hours

  • Reverse pickup (if applicable): 2–4 days

  • Replacement delivery: 3–7 days depending on location
